These days haven’t been easy but yes, I am holding on to the thought that it will eventually get better. Most of my days consist of sleepless nights, stress eating, and relying on caffeine as a source of energy throughout the day. But I make sure that I get some rest! And one thing that’s been helping me calm my mind is by listening to calming songs. (Not really sure if that’s the perfect word for it but that will do for now.)
I hope you’ll find this helpful! Remember, it’s normal to feel tired. Rest, if you must, but never give up. We’re all in this together. I mean it!

That’s a total of 30 songs for this playlist! I never meant to share this since it really just started as a personal playlist to help me, hahaha! But, of course, if it’s been helpful to me, I thought that I should share it too. I’ll update this every now and then when I get the chance because this is probably one of my favorite playlists that I’ve made so far. I hope you’ll enjoy listening to it as much as I do!
