It's no doubt that I've been itching for months already to create things, especially the unusual. I know for a fact that I need to go out of my comfort zone in order to reconnect and learn more about myself. This is what I need most in my life, in a time where I am the most confused and lost. This is what my soul needs. This is what I must seek.
I know you may be wondering, what in the world do these photos have to do with the things I'm talking about? Well, this may not be a big deal for you, but this was during a day where I felt at peace with myself, somehow. It may not reflect the photos but I tried to be as comfortable and authentic in front of the camera. Some photos looked good but some just made me laugh with how goofy I really look most of the time. I am quite happy with how the photos turned out that I did several layouts, which is something I don't really do that much.
This thirst to continuously create something is definitely a good sign for me. As this means that I am slowly coming out of my shell. I'm starting do things I don't really do but always wanted to, and that on its own is a huge step for me already. I may be a little offbeat but I know for a fact that I still have the drive within me, which is something that I should always, always, always keep on igniting.
I guess when things don't go our way, we lose a little part of ourselves sometimes. Which braving the uncertain only makes much more sense. One thing we must always remember is that there will always be a lesson in every experience. May it be good or bad, it is up to us how we interpret and grasp it. Remind yourself of the reasons why you're doing what you're doing right now. If you're not doing anything, ask yourself why. Don't let your dreams fade, ignite it. Always do your best to keep it lit and burning.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that feeling lost and scared is something we all go through. But it is up to us how we get back up. We should always keep in mind that though there will always be people who genuinely love and support us, the first step must come from within you. Brave the uncertain. Ignite that spark within you. There is no assurance that things will go smoothly from here on out, but do not forget about the many reasons why you need to keep on pushing yourself.
